Maria is a Senior Associate at the Corporate department of Osborne Clarke.
She joined the firm in February 2022 and her practice is focused on commercial, corporate and contract law. She has experience in advising on M&A deals, refinancing transactions and corporate restructuring.
Before joining Osborne Clarke, María worked at the law firm De Carlos Remón (2015 -2022).
She graduated in Law from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (2014), after studying part of her degree at the Law Faculty of the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne. Then, she studied the Dual Master in Legal Practice and Business Law (LLM) from IE Law School (Madrid).
María is a member of the Madrid Bar Association.
