Maren Makowka advises national and international clients on all aspects of individual and collective labour law.
She specializes in advising companies on drafting employment and managing director service agreements as well as termination and settlement agreements. A further focus of her advice is on co-determination.
Maren studied law in Bonn with special focus on litigation. She was already working as a research associate in the employment department of an international law firm during her studies. During her legal clerkship, she worked inter alia for a renowned German law firm (employment law) and for the German Federal Foreign Office in Sarajevo.
