Małgorzata is skilled in preparing and negotiating facility agreement documentation in the LMA standard for real estate and renewable energy financing transactions, debt refinancing, cross-border acquisition financing transactions, both as legal advisor to the banks and borrowers. 

She also provides financial regulatory advice for banks, investment firm, investment funds, payment institutions and fintechs.
Małgorzata is also skilled in day to day legal assistance in corporate issues to the both state owned and private companies.
