Lina Lahlou

Lina Lahlou is a Senior Associate in Osborne Clarke’s Commercial law team.

She advises French and international companies on distribution law, franchising and commercial contracts, acting in both advisory and litigation matters. She assists businesses at every stage of the creation, structuring and development of distribution and franchise networks, both in France and internationally.

She also advises French and international companies on competition law matters, including antitrust, merger control and restrictive competition practices. In addition, she represents companies before competition authorities and the competent courts in both advisory and contentious proceedings.

Lina holds a Master’s Degree (Master 2) in Business Contracts and Distribution Law and was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2020.
