She assists clients with legal advice and assistance on litigation matters, concerning IP matters (patent, trademark, copyright, unfair competition) and she also advises on technologies transfer and partnership, drone, IT contracts and data protection matters at an international level.
She has acquired a strong competence in the field of real estate (Smart Cities, BIM, architect agreements and litigations).
She holds a master 2 graduate degree in Intellectual property Law from Paris II- Panthéon Assas University and a Professional certificate from New York University.
