Laura Camps is a tax lawyer specialised in international taxation. She provides ongoing advice to multinational groups and high net worth individuals, offering practical solutions aligned with her clients’ business strategy.

Her experience includes analysing the taxation of intra-group flows, as well as designing and reviewing transfer pricing policies. She has extensive experience in identifying and managing risks relating to the tax residence of individuals and legal entities, particularly in the wake of the widespread adoption of international remote working. She also advises on the taxation of the gaming sector and non-profit entities.

Before joining Osborne Clarke, she developed her career at leading law firms and held the position of Tax Manager at a major FMCG multinational in Spain.

She is an associate lecturer at the International University of Catalonia, teaching classes on Tax Planning and Legal Tax Advisory. She has been recommended by Best Lawyers in the area of Tax, and is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association.
