Kristen Harris is an Associate Director in Osborne Clarke's Projects Team, advising on significant outsourcing and infrastructure projects.

Kristen supports private sector clients and consortia throughout the entire project lifecycle. She is experienced in advising from the pre-procurement stages to negotiations with contracting authorities and supply chains, through to managing operational contract issues.

She frequently advises on Government standard contracts, including the Model Services Contract, Public Sector Contract, and various framework agreements and call-off contracts.

Kristen's focus areas include technology, aerospace, and social infrastructure projects.
