Khushal is an Associate in our real estate disputes and risk team in London and assists on a wide range of contentious real estate matters, advising institutional landlords, corporate occupiers, developers and a variety of clients in the Built Environment Sector. Khushal has been involved in Supreme Court, High Court and County Court proceedings, as well as advising on dispute-avoidance strategies at an early stage.

Khushal advises on a broad spectrum of property disputes, including:

  • Landlord and tenant disputes, such as lease renewals, break options, forfeiture and service charge issues;
  • Trespass and possession claims in both the High Court and County Court;
  • Dilapidations claims and asset management disputes;
  • Development-related issues, including rights of light; and
  • Easements, nuisance and other land-related claims.

Khushal supports on both high-value standalone disputes and portfolio management matters, helping clients to manage risk and achieve commercial outcomes aligned with their wider real estate strategies.

A member of the Property Litigation Association, Khushal joined Osborne Clarke in September 2023 as a trainee, having read Law at the University of Oxford, and qualified into the real estate disputes team in September 2025.

Along with other colleagues, assisted RWE in obtaining urgent injunctions against trespassers and protestors at a strategically important renewable energy site, protecting critical infrastructure and safeguarding continuity of operations.
