Katja Grand advises national and international companies in the field of IT law, particularly IT contract law and AI issues.

She is focused on reviewing, drafting and the conclusion of contracts for complex IT projects.

During her legal clerkship (Referendariat) at the Berlin Court of Appeal, Katja worked at Osborne Clarke, the Berlin-Brandenburg Media Authority and an international commercial law firm in Athens, among others. Prior to that, she worked as a trainee lawyer at Osborne Clarke and at a media law firm.

Katja studied law at the Free University of Berlin. She completed her Master of Laws (LL.M.) with a focus on Intellectual Property and Information Technology Law at Trinity College Dublin.

Katja joined Osborne Clarke's IT team as an Associate in February 2026.
