Dr Katharina Januchowski advises project developers, investors and the building and construction industry on building and property law.
In particular she focuses on private and public construction law and commercial tenancy law. Moreover, she advises on real estate transactions, including due diligence and represents clients in civil and public law disputes.
Katharina studied law in Bonn and Daejeon (South Korea). She qualified as a lawyer in 2017.
