Kate is an Associate Director in the Regulatory Disputes team at Osborne Clarke, specialising in all aspects of public procurement law. Kate is a rising star of UK public procurement, and is recognised as an Associate to Watch in Chambers and a Rising Star in Legal500.

Whilst Kate advises clients across Osborne Clarke's sectors, Kate has a specialist focus on advising healthcare and technology clients. In particular, she specialises in advising on technology, data and AI public contracts in life sciences and healthcare, including contracts that digitalise the NHS. Kate provides both contentious and non-contentious advice to clients, including acting in some of the most high-profile recent public procurement challenges in the High Court.

Kate joined Osborne Clarke in September 2016 as a newly-qualified solicitor. Kate is an active member of the Executive Committee of the Procurement Lawyers Association, and co-founded the Associates Group of the Procurement Lawyers Association in 2019.  Kate regularly chairs events as part of the Associates Group, including leading an evening with Justice O'Farrell, Head of the TCC, in November 2020.  Kate is also an active member of Osborne Clarke's Family & Carers network committee.
