Karolina joined Osborne Clarke in 2022 as one of first experts, in Polish office, specializing in Banking and Finance transactions. 

She specializes in investment financing transactions, advising banks and borrowers on loan transactions (including financing renewable energy projects, commercial and residential real estate, acquisition finance, including syndicated loans). Her experience also includes advising on out-of-court restructuring (standstill contracts) for both creditors and debtors.

Thanks to many years of transaction experience, Karolina can provide clients with comprehensive support throughout the transaction process, both at the stage of preparing and negotiating contracts, as well as during the preparation of the transaction structure, fulfilment of conditions precedent and possible supervision over the performance of obligations.

Karolina also conducts training in transaction topics.
