She has acquired solid experience in the field of industrial law and in assisting companies in carrying out their projects in dealings with the authorities (permitting advice, environmental assessment and authorisation) or before the courts where necessary.
Juliette Sohm has developed considerable expertise in contract law and the transfer of environmental risk.
She also regularly represents clients in environmental criminal law.
She is a member of the Interprofessional Circle of Environmental Law.
