Joost Duijm is a litigation lawyer with a focus on (cross-border) commercial disputes. These disputes involve, for example, product liability, breach of contract and termination of contracts. Joost has great experience in litigating and advising on such disputes. Joost represents companies in all sectors, with a particular focus on high technology, life sciences and construction.

Joost is admitted to the bar of the Netherlands as of 2017, after finishing his LL.M. Law and Technology. Before joining Osborne Clarke in 2021, Joost worked in the litigation department of a large international law firm in Amsterdam. In 2022, Joost obtained a postgraduate degree International Contracting, with the Grotius Academy.

Joost is a member of the Association for Young Litigation Lawyers (Vereniging Jonge Proces advocaten) and the Dutch Association for Procedural Law (Nederlandse Vereniging voor Procesrecht).
