Johanna Reiland advises national and international companies on individual and collective employment law as well as on topics concerning data protection law in the employment context (GDPR/ BDSG).
She specializes in advising companies with and without works councils as well as their HR departments. In particular, she supports companies in drafting employment and managing director service agreements as well as termination and settlement agreements. In the area of data protection, she specializes in the implementation of data protection-related information obligations concerning candidates and employees as well as the data protection-compliant drafting of works council agreements.
Johanna Reiland represents medium-sized companies as well as German subsidiaries of global companies in and out of court. She became a lawyer in July 2015 and has been a specialist in employment law since 2018. She joined the Osborne Clarke team in January 2018.
