Johanna advises national and international companies on individual and collective employment law, as well as on employee data protection in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
She focusses on advising HR departments of companies with and without works councils, including termination and separation agreements, as well as drafting employment contracts, managing directors´ and board of management’s contracts, the implementation of data protection information obligations towards candidates and employees and the drafting of works agreements in compliance with data protection law.
Johanna represents German affiliates of global companies and medium-sized firms both in court and out of court.
Johanna studied law at the Saarland University. After finishing the legal traineeship in the district of the Upper Regional Court Zweibrücken she began her work as a lawyer with an emphasis on employment law in July 2015 before joining OC.
