Javier advises Spanish and international clients on corporate law matters, specialising in mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings and venture capital transactions. He advises both investors and companies.
Javier holds a degree in Law from Universidad Abat Oliba CEU, having completed part of his studies at Università LUMSA in Rome. He subsequently obtained a Double Master’s Degree in Access to the Legal Profession and International Business Law from ESADE Business & Law School in Barcelona.
Javier is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association.
