Jann Karrasch

Jann’s advisory practice focuses on complex plant construction. He is also engaged in European product safety and product liability law as well as distribution and commercial law.
He holds a degree in law from the University of Hamburg Law School, specializing in commercial and corporate law. During his studies and until the start of his legal clerkship, Jann worked for three years as a research assistant at a leading boutique M&A law firm in Hamburg. Afterwards, he successfully completed his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Celle until September 2023, including positions at a leading corporate law firm in Hamburg and a major US law firm in Chicago.
Jann has been working in Osborne Clarke's Hamburg office in the Commercial practice group since January 2024.
