James supports clients across the technology, life sciences and financial services sectors, commonly supporting with their commercial transactions and advising on their data protection and marketing issues.

James specialises in matters with a technology angle, from software development and SaaS offerings to the procurement of transformational technology projects.

James joined Osborne Clarke in May 2022, having qualified in September 2020.
