Jake Brown

Jake is an Associate in the Commercial Disputes Team at Osborne Clarke, working with clients on complex disputes and investigations, with a particular emphasis on financial services. 

Jake has experience acting for a wide range of financial services providers, including high street banks, investment banks, merchant acquirers and fintechs. His work spans a broad range of practise areas, including fraud and scam claims, data disputes, consumer credit, securitisation, contractual disputes, non-party disclosure orders and discrimination issues.
