Hannes Janßen is a litigation lawyer who represents clients in civil and commercial disputes. His practice includes national and cross-border litigation.
His service ranges from out-of-court representation for example, the development of resolution strategies to avoid a conflict, to judicial representation.
During his studies at the Westfälische Wilhelms-University in Münster, he completed foreign language training in common law. As part of his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Düsseldorf, he worked for an international law firm on dispute resolution as well as for a DAX listed company. Hannes joined Osborne Clarke in 2019.
