Hana has extensive experience in employment law, industrial relations and related litigation, as well as an in-depth knowledge of the legislative and regulatory system governing employment and other forms of labour relationships. 

She has gained considerable experience in advisory activities for Italian and foreign companies. In particular, she deals with the drafting of contracts, settlement agreements, company policies, as well as advising in the field of personnel management. She also provides her clients with strategic advice on the day-to-day management and resolution of a variety of labour disputes. 

Hana graduated in law from the University of Innsbruck (Austria) and, upon her return to Italy, she began practising law, working for leading boutique firms in Milan.
