Georgina advises listed companies on corporate governance and other corporate law matters. She also advises on mergers and acquisitions and on securities market issues. 

She holds a law degree from Pompeu Fabra University, Barcelona. Subsequently, she studied a Master's Degree in Legal Practice (LLM) at the Open University of Catalonia (UOC) and a Master's Degree in International Business Law at ESADE Business & Law School, Barcelona.

Georgina is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association.
