Helping you succeed in tomorrow's world

With my early experience advising on corporate transactions in the mining sector in South Africa, I am accustomed to, and enjoy the challenge of, navigating complex regulatory environments in emerging markets in order to get transactions across the line. This experience has also led to my being particularly interested in the intersection of the natural resources and renewable energy sectors in the use of minerals (including battery materials) to facilitate the energy transition. Having worked predominantly on transactions in the renewables sector since my move to the UK, I feel extremely privileged to be able to assist the incredible players in this sector work towards a net zero future.

I am passionate about mentoring and training junior lawyers.
