Florine Roos

Florine is a lawyer in The Built Environment sector of Osborne Clarke Amsterdam. 

Florine specialises in the various aspects of real estate law. In particular, she focusses on civil real estate law and the leasing of commercial property and residential property (from advice to litigation).

Additionally, Florine advises international and national clients on the purchase and sale of real estate and project developments. 

She studied at the University of Amsterdam and the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. Prior to joining Osborne Clarke in December 2022, Florine started her career at law firm Lexence in the real estate team.

Florine is a member of the Young Real Estate Lawyers Association and FRESH Professionals.

Florine has registered the following main (and sub) areas of law in the Register of Legal Practice of the Dutch Bar Association:
- Real estate law
- Tenancy law

Based on this registration, she is required to obtain ten training credits per calendar year in each registered principal legal practice area in accordance with the standards set by the Netherlands Bar.
