Femke joined Osborne Clarke in September 2022, after finishing her Master degree in notarial law at the University in Leiden.
Femke is a prospective civil-law notary in the corporate M&A department of Osborne Clarke in Amsterdam. She provides legal services within the various aspects of (notarial) corporate law.
Her work includes, among other things, the incorporation of companies, the amendment of articles, corporate acquisitions, share issues and transfers and all related services for national and international clients.
