Esther has been a lawyer in the tax department of Osborne Clarke since April 2016. She has wide experience in advising international clients on cross‐border restructurings.

Esther has advised in many tax planning and investment structuring projects (financing, cash repatriation, mergers and acquisitions, efficient supply chain and IP planning, R&D tax incentives…) and has held an active role in relation to deals involving the UK, Italy, France, the US, the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium amongst others. She has also provided expert knowledge and assistance to international clients in tax audit disputes and proceedings before the Spanish authorities.

Esther holds a law degree from Oxford University and from Deusto University, as well as a Master’s Degree from the Instituto de Empresa in Madrid. Before joining Osborne, she worked as an international tax director for Deloitte in Belgium. Previously, Esther accumulated robust experience as a tax lawyer for Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and for Cuatrecasas in Spain.
