Dr Ladina Kierdorf

Dr Ladina Kierdorf advises national and international companies on M&A transactions, restructuring, company financing and on all matters relating to corporate.

Ladina focuses particularly on M&A transactions in relation to tech, media and comms.

Following her law studies in Cologne and Paris, Ladina obtained her doctoral degree with a thesis in international procedural law at the University of Cologne. During her legal traineeship, she worked at the United Nations in Geneva and in the M&A department of a well-known international law firm.
