David is an Associate Director in our Projects team. He specialises in public and private sector infrastructure and outsourcing procurements.

David has significant experience, both in the UK and internationally, of advising public and private sector organisations. His clients include sponsors, funders, sub-contractors and developers, advising in relation to defence, health, energy and university procurements.

Over the years, David has developed expertise in advising sponsors on all aspects of a project, particularly in the health, defence and university sectors. He works with clients across the whole life of a project, from conception and structuring of a deal through procurement to advising on the full range of concession management and operational issues.

I'm a Mental Health Champion. Part of this role includes helping Osborne Clarke, as a signatory of the Mindful Business Charter, to drive the actions and changes necessary to promote better mental health and wellbeing in the workplace.  

I also support the firm's involvement of Vision Path, a social enterprise which has worked with over 5,000 young people to improve their employability skills.

Advised Equitix, the investor, developer and long-term fund manager, on a £159M loan to finance the development of high-specification student living and communal space at the University of York's Heslington East Campus.

Advised Equitix and Bouygues, acting as the Uliving Consortium, on a £113M wrapped listed bond financing for the third phase of the University of Essex Student Accommodation Partnership. The bonds are listed on The International Stock Exchange and are wrapped by Assured Guaranty.
