Danielle has had a long and much-loved career in specialising in Employment Law, joining Osborne Clarke in 1995.

Danielle's work is mainly in the Technology sector, advising businesses of all sizes from small start-ups through to large household name businesses on all aspects of employment-related matters; her work includes general day to day employment law support, project work and litigation through to strategic advice around how businesses can best meet their employment law obligations and do so in a way which, as well as minimising risk, also supports a strategy of being seen to be an employer of choice.

Helping you succeed in tomorrow's world

I am passionate about Diversity & Inclusion and the heightened success that businesses can enjoy when they get their D&I strategy right. As well as advising generally on all D&I matters, I have a particular interest in neurodiversity and helping businesses to recognise the talent that neurodivergent employees can bring to a business and how best to adapt to capture and ensure the success of their neurodiverse population.

As well as advising clients on D&I matters generally, I am also Osborne Clarke's Diversity Champion for Age, leading the #OCAge campaign to ensure that, whatever your age, there are no barriers in the firm to having your most fulfilling career and, also, that there is support provided for all and any challenges faced at the various stages of those careers.

I am also a member of Osborne Clarke's Mind & Body Committee, leading the pillar dedicated to neurodiversity.
