Clara Béguier

Clara is an associate in the Corporate / M&A department. She advises on all aspects of corporate law, in particular share capital transactions, employee share schemes, restructurings of French and international groups, as well as all matters relating to corporate governance.

Clara advises French and international clients operating in a wide range of sectors, with a particular focus on the pharmaceutical and biotechnology, energy and tech industries.

Before joining Osborne Clarke in January 2025, Clara worked as an associate in French law firms in Paris. She also completed several internships in Luxembourg with international law firms.

Clara has been admitted to the Paris Bar since February 2017.

She holds a Master’s degree (Master 2) in Business Law from the University of Versailles–Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines and a qualification from the Paris Bar School.
