Christoph Kauffmann advises and represents clients in court disputes as well as in arbitration proceedings in all kinds of civil and commercial disputes.

Christoph studied law in Cologne and Berkeley. During his studies he worked for an international law firm in Cologne as a research assistant.

In his legal traineeship, he worked at a law firm in New York. Christoph holds a LL.M. degree from the University of California, Berkeley with a specialization in International Business Law. Before joining Osborne Clarke Christoph worked as an in-house counsel for a US multi-industry company. During his work there Christoph reviewed and negotiated construction contracts and supported on-going litigation and arbitration proceedings.
