Chris is a Legal Director in the Corporate team who specialises in venture capital financings and M&A. He advises a wide range of clients, including companies, investors and founders.

He advises companies from pre-seed through to larger institutional investment rounds and has extensive experience advising clients on strategic M&A transactions (including both acquisitions and disposals).

He covers a number of sectors, with a particular focus on transactions in the life sciences sector.
