Annieck is an experienced associate specialising in commercial litigation and Dutch corporate litigation. She started her career in 2021, focussing on international (investment) arbitration. She joined Osborne Clarke's litigation team in February 2025.

Her background in international investment arbitration, and her all-round training at another international law-firm make that she has a broad perspective on commercial litigation matters.

Since 2022, Annieck advises and litigates for retailers, producers of consumer products, and businesses in the Energy sector. She represents clients in disputes regarding performance of contracts, breach of contracts, termination of contracts, liabilities and product safety.

Annieck is a member of the Association for young Litigation lawyers 'Vereniging voor Jonge Procesadvocaten'.
