Anne Wittmann advises companies on all issues of insolvency law as well as in the area of restructuring.

She specialises in advising creditors, directors , shareholders and investors in all areas of insolvency law.

Another focus of her work is litigation for national and international clients, in particular with regard to insolvency law and commercial law.

Anne Wittmann has special industry expertise in the retail sector, where she regularly assists well-known national and international companies in drafting contracts, enforcing claims and collateral, the defence of claims and restructuring matters.

Anne studied law at the University of Passau and the University of Western Australia in Perth.

She joined Osborne Clarke in 2010 and is a member of the Working Group for Insolvency Law Cologne (Arbeitskreis für Insolvenzwesen Köln e.V.).

She is co-author of Schmoll/Boeminghaus – “Moderecht” (C.H. Beck) and Fritzsche/Bonnmann/Vocke – “Gewerberaummiete” (De Gruyter).
