Anna provides legal advice to national and international companies on a variety of labour, employment and immigration matters. These include, among others, work and residence permits, international posting of employees, employment agreements, policies and disputes, redundancies and settlement agreements, senior executive on-boarding, transfer of undertakings, social security, and employment aspects of corporate transactions. She also coordinates and advises on cross-border employment and social security projects.

She was on secondment to Osborne Clarke's UK offices for six months, and to the Silicon Valley office in the US for four months, where she acquired in-depth knowledge of the concerns that international companies have when they decide to expand their business into Spain for the first time.

Anna obtained both her degree and master's degree in law from the ESADE Business School in 2006. After graduating, and while she prepared for the exam for the position of Labour Inspector, she specialised in matters of labour law, social security and workplace safety. She has been a member of the employment team at Osborne Clarke Spain since 2011.
