Alice is a Partner in the Real Estate and Infrastructure team, and has experience of a broad range of matters from the acquisition, funding, development, management and disposal of commercial property through to corporate and joint venture acquisitions and disposals.
Her work has involved an extensive variety of property types, including Build to Rent developments, retail and business properties, industrial estates, logistics portfolios, mixed-use urban developments (including residential and PBSA), and office accommodation. She has advised a wide range of clients on many types of commercial property transactions, and has acted on the property aspects of a number of corporate and banking transactions. Alice has particular experience of coordinating and leading a number of large portfolio transactions.
Recently, Alice has advised on an acquisition of a portfolio of over 140 properties worth over £500m, the leasing and subsequent refinancing of a 100+ unit London designer retail outlet, a £25m forward funding of a 97 unit BTR development, the forward sale of a £184m residential scheme, and a £74m industrial portfolio acquisition.
Alice has undertaken client secondments to CBRE Global Investors and Goodman, and was recommended in the 2011 edition of The Legal 500 UK. She was also included in The Lawyer magazine’s Hot 100 lawyers list in 2020.
Prior to joining Osborne Clarke in February 2015, Alice trained at Nottingham Law School, graduating with distinction in 2004, and spent ten years with Jones Day’s London real estate practice.
