Alice is a Partner in the Real Estate and Infrastructure team, and has experience of a broad range of matters from the acquisition, funding, development, management and disposal of commercial property through to corporate and joint venture acquisitions and disposals.

Alice works within the commercial real estate sector and with an extensive variety of property types, including Living (BTR/residential/PBSA), retail, industrial and logistics, mixed-use urban developments, and office accommodation.

Alice acts for both investors and developers, although an increasing amount of her investor-led work involves development activity given the changing focus and risk appetite of those clients.

Recently, Alice has advised on the leasing and subsequent refinancing of a 100+ unit London designer retail outlet, a forward funding acquisition of a 97 unit BTR development, the forward sale of a £184m residential scheme for retirement living, a £70m industrial portfolio acquisition, the leasing up of a large logistics park, and the disposal of a distressed mixed-use urban living development.

Alice was recommended in the 2011 edition of The Legal 500 UK. She was also included in The Lawyer magazine’s Hot 100 lawyers list in 2020.
