Alex is specialised in domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, group restructurings, corporate governance and general advisory work across a wide range of sectors. His experience also encompasses venture capital transactions.

He advises companies, investors, and management teams on a broad spectrum of transactional and general corporate matters.

Alex holds a Law degree from Pompeu Fabra University (UPF), Barcelona. He subsequently completed a Master’s Degree in Legal Practice at ISDE Law & Business School (ISDE), as well as a Master’s Degree in Sports Management and Legal Skills at ISDE, in collaboration with FC Barcelona.

He is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association.
