Ahlaam is an Associate in Osborne Clarke's employment team and is based in London.

Ahlaam's work involves a range of employment law matters which includes advising on disciplinary and grievance issues, redundancies, and employment law issues arising in corporate transactions. 

Ahlaam regularly drafts and negotiates settlement agreements and principal employment documentation, such as employment contracts, policies and staff handbooks.

Ahlaam qualified in September 2023, having joined Osborne Clarke as a trainee solicitor in 2021. Ahlaam is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.

Helping you succeed in tomorrow's world

I am really passionate about diversity and inclusion. I am the Outreach committee member for Osborne Clarke's Race, Ethnicity and Cultural Heritage network (OC REACH). As part of my role, I organise and run our OC REACH Talent Programme, a work experience and year long mentorship initiative aimed at university students from an ethnic minority background.
