Adrian is a PhD candidate specialising in banking finance and contract law, with a focus on financing transactions, refinancing, energy and real estate transactions and regulatory aspects within the financial sector, particularly in the area of FinTech.

He advises clients – including financial institutions – on negotiation of financing, as well as on a wide range of regulatory matters such as payment services and corporate bonds.
