Adélaïde advises French and international clients on real estate law for all types of real estate transactions including the sale and acquisition of real estate assets (asset deal/share deal/jv agreement), the negotiation of commercial leases and development project.

Before joining Osborne Clarke in 2025, Adélaïde worked for two years in real estate department at an international business law firm in Paris.
