Adam specialises in civil and commercial law, with a particular focus on corporate services for companies, corporate reorganisations, M&A s and venture capital transactions.

He supports companies in carrying out M&A transactions, including mergers, demergers and transformations of companies. He has extensive experience in advising foreign clients. He also supports international entities, private equity funds and family-owned businesses at all stages of transactions.
In his current work, he focuses on corporate services, optimising organisational structures, decision-making processes and the day-to-day management of entities.
He expands his knowledge while completing Postgraduate Studies in Corporate Law at the University of Warsaw.
