In August I joined Osborne Clarke’s team in California, based in the firm’s Palo Alto and San Francisco offices.
I am a UK qualified lawyer specialising in labor & employment law and have extensive experience advising employers and HR professionals on the full range of issues that they encounter in managing an overseas workforce, whether those issues are on recruitment, termination or any stage in between.
In our offices in California I will be working alongside a growing team of lawyers from our European offices, whose specialisms include technology, e-commerce and executive compensation.
Osborne Clarke advises exclusively on non-US legal matters and has a strong presence in Europe and a growing practice in Asia.
We have been established in Silicon Valley for 14 years and advise US headquartered clients within the time zone on the legal issues that they face internationally.
Having previously trained and qualified as a lawyer at Osborne Clarke, it is great to return to work with high growth US companies who are planning their own expansions overseas.
