GMP equalisation – what should you do now?

On 26 October 2018, the High Court handed down its judgment in the case of Lloyds Banking Group Pensions Trustees Ltd v Lloyds Bank PLC and others. While there are still some important questions unanswered by the case, there are a number of steps that trustees and employers need to take now.
