Lab grown meat. Would you call it meat?

'Cultured' or 'Clean' meat (and other novelty foods) are on their way to market but to be successful they will need to be labelled in a way which consumers still find appetising.

We look at the legal considerations of achieving this, taking into account the needs of the marketers of such products, but also for traditional farmers and for consumers.
