Future of Financial Services Week | Navigating the making of Financial Services more personal – a case study

As new technologies and the continued digitalisation of products and services drives the potential for personalisation in the financial industry, more firms are looking at how use can be made of the customer data and information available to them to achieve greater personalisation for their customers. However, a number of legal, regulatory and practical considerations need to be taken into account, ranging from data protection considerations to FCA rules.
