In-house Lawyer Talks | Dark patterns and the latest developments in UK consumer law
The UK is proposing to make some major updates to consumer protection law. These are in addition to the numerous changes to consumer law in the UK and EU in recent years. As part of this, there is a particular focus, at both the UK and EU level, on dark patterns (an issue across consumer protection and data protection). This session will provide an update of developments that in-house lawyers should have on their radar when advising their businesses.
