At a time when diversity efforts are increasingly questioned and global pushbacks are making headlines, Companies are being called upon to reflect: How to navigate today's climate while staying true to their Diversity, Equity and Inclusion values?
We invite you to an evening of honest dialogue, international perspectives, and inspiring examples of allyship and action, where we will explore how to truly embed DEI in workplace culture. Whether you are a DEI professional, HR leader, decision maker, or just someone committed to shaping inclusive workplaces with clarity and purpose: Join us for an evening of reflection, exchange, and connection — and leave with new insights, good practices and a sense of shared purpose.
What can you expect?
Together with thought leaders from business, politics, and advocacy, we will take a holistic look at the current landscape – from media narratives focused on setbacks to the everyday realities inside organisations – and discuss solutions for inclusive workplaces in the current climate as well as real-life best practices. A special focus of our conversation will be LGBTIQ+ inclusion, not only in recognition of Pride Month, but because this community often becomes the first target when social or political tensions rise.
The panel discussion is followed by Drinks and Fingerfood. We look forward to seeing you!

Alfonso Pantisano (he/him)
Queer Commissioner of the Berlin State Government for the acceptance of sexual and gender diversity
Alfonso Pantisano is since 2024 the Queer Commissioner of the Berlin State Government for the acceptance of sexual and gender diversity. He succeeds in building bridges and attracting nation-wide attention and understanding for the concerns of queer people outside the community. Alfonso focuses on the equality of queer people as a human rights issue and thus motivates young people to become politically active.
Pantisano’s great commitment to, among other things, the opening of marriage to same-sex couples, a modern self-determination law, but also his call for the abolition of a ban on blood donations for queer people contributed to the fact that these issues have received a great deal of social and media attention. As a federal board member of the Lesbian and Gay Association in Germany (LSVD), he raised awareness of the situation of LGBTIQ+ people in civil society and politics.
