Your tasks:

  • General administrative support for lawyers
  • Organising the mailing of documents
  • Archiving of documents
  • Preparation of presentations, reports, offers, lists and other documents
  • Support in administrative activities (formatting, printing, copying, scanning and filing of documents)
  • Maintaining databases of clients, projects, experiences and others
  • Organising meetings and business trips

Key skills and requirements:

  • Completed university studies (not law-related)
  • Willingness to learn and implement the specifics of work in a law firm
  • Very good work organization and communicativeness
  • At least 1 - 2 years of experience in an assistant/administrative position
  • English language proficiency (min. C1 level)
  • Accuracy, reliability, punctuality
  • You are open-minded and enjoy working with people
  • You are willing to take on new challenges and look for solutions
  • You are committed to your tasks and take responsibility for their implementation
  • You are fluent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
