Your tasks:
- General administrative support for lawyers
- Organising the mailing of documents
- Archiving of documents
- Preparation of presentations, reports, offers, lists and other documents
- Support in administrative activities (formatting, printing, copying, scanning and filing of documents)
- Maintaining databases of clients, projects, experiences and others
- Organising meetings and business trips
Key skills and requirements:
- Completed university studies (not law-related)
- Willingness to learn and implement the specifics of work in a law firm
- Very good work organization and communicativeness
- At least 1 - 2 years of experience in an assistant/administrative position
- English language proficiency (min. C1 level)
- Accuracy, reliability, punctuality
- You are open-minded and enjoy working with people
- You are willing to take on new challenges and look for solutions
- You are committed to your tasks and take responsibility for their implementation
- You are fluent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
