Osborne Clarke in Italy is looking to hire a Trainee to join our Built Environment (Real Estate) team in Milan.

Our selection process

If your profile fits we will contact you to arrange a first interview which may be held remotely or in person. If the first interview goes well you will pass to a second stage which will include a short interview in English.

The ideal candidate

  • has graduated in Law with an excellent academic record (graduation score of 100/110 or above);
  • has an excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken; 
  • has excellent interpersonal skills and a strong aptitude for teamwork, also in international settings;
  • is precise, proactive and pragmatic in their work.

 

The following will be considered a strong advantage:

  • prior working experience in real estate;
  • participation in international exchange programmes;
  • command of a second foreign language;
  • familiarity with AI tools and an awareness of the related risks and ethical considerations.
